Custom Paintings
All commissioned and custom artwork is created specifically for you, and as such, is non-refundable once the process has begun. I work closely with you to ensure the painting meets your expectations, including review stages before final delivery.
Digital Products & Classes
- If you’ve purchased an online course or digital product and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase—provided the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded.
- No refunds will be issued for fully completed classes or downloaded content.
Physical Product Returns
- Refunds are not available for original artwork unless it arrives damaged or defective.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days with photo evidence to initiate a resolution or replacement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return or replacement is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective or damaged during transit.
