The role of a nurturer does not carry any monetary value in our society. Nurturer who creates a space for individuals to grow, nurturer who helps individuals to get to their highest level of emotional self, nurturer who nourishes the mind and body. Traditionally, a role played by the mothers, why are we all being forced to abandon that role in our lives because “A nurturer” has no monetary value. He/ She does not get money for making food which nourishes mind and soul. He/ She is told, “you do not do anything, you just sit at home”. A nurturer is not cherished by the very people whom he/she nurtures, and now that role will fade away to a role which can earn money.
